discover
The first phase of the design process is a time for open minds and divergent thought. It is a time where we work closely with you and ask relevant and far reaching questions to get to the heart of your company and market and identify the challenges we face.
In actual fact, this takes place throughout the design process to enable new information, needs and challenges that arise be incorporated as the project progresses.
define
The ideas and directions identified during the Discover stage are pulled together to form a clear direction for the project and a ‘brief’ is communicated to the project team with a plan of how to address the challenges through a design-led approach.
This is usually where the project gets sign-off at corporate level.
develop
This is the stage where the design team employ creative techniques and refine the concepts to address the challenges and issues identified during the Discover and Define stage.
At the end of this phase the design team will have brought the project to a stage ready for production.deliver
This stage is where the concept is worked through the design studio ready for final production. We then gain final sign-off and go to production.
It is here that the fruition of all the stages are brought to market to successfully address the challenges identified throughout the process.
This stage will also include a time for feedback to inform future projects, ways of working and relevant information.
